The Basics

  • Yes we do! We print stickers, apparel, business cards, flyers, signage. Anything you need, we probably offer it! Click on a section at the top of the screen to check out what we can print for you.

  • No, we do not offer same day printing.

  • For most of our products, we work with a 7-10 business day turnaround from the date a 50% deposit is made and artwork is approved! To receive your order, you can stop by our shop at 2841 West McDowell Rd Phoenix, AZ 85009. We have delivery options available as well (delivery fee differs based on location).

  • We have custom pricing depending on what you order! You can navigate the website by clicking the tabs at the top of the page. You can also fill out the form here to place orders!

  • We completely understand that designs don’t always match your vision right away. Our goal is to collaborate with you to create the perfect fit for your needs.

  • In-store, we accept cash, credit card, debit card, checks and Zelle. We do not accept Apply Pay or Google Pay. You can also pay online through your invoice.

Order Questions

  • You can place your order by filling out the form here. You can also email us at info@vegaprintllc.com, or DM us on Instagram. Please let us know your name, email, phone number, what you want to order, and include any design files you may have!

  • We strive to provide our quotes within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order, depending on its size. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be addressed on the following Monday.

  • We recognize the excitement and urgency that come with launching a new business or project, and we’re committed to getting things moving swiftly!

    To initiate design work and production, we require a 50% deposit on your order. Following the deposit, you can expect to receive artwork proofs within 1-2 business days. Rest assured, we WILL NOT proceed with printing until you give your approval! You’re welcome to request up to three major revisions on the artwork, and you can easily approve or decline the proofs through your invoice.

    You will receive artwork proofs 1-2 business days later. We DO NOT print anything until it is approved by you! We allow 3 free major revisions on the artwork, and you can approve or decline the artwork through your invoice.

Printing and File Submission

  • PDF, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, files are the best files you can give us! If you do not have access to those files, a high quality PNG or JPG file may be acceptable.

  • In printing, a "bleed" refers to the area of a printed design that extends beyond the trim edge of the page. This ensures that there are no unprinted edges when the paper is cut to size. Typically, a bleed is added to avoid white borders around the printed material, especially in designs that feature backgrounds or images that should reach the edge of the paper.

    Standard bleed dimensions are usually around 0.125 inches (1/8 inch) on each side, but this can vary depending on the printer's requirements.

    If your file does not have a bleed, don’t worry! We have in house designers that prepare files for printing and trimming by adding a bleed to your artwork.

  • In short: YES!

    RGB files and colors are intended for digital use because screens display colors using Red, Green, and Blue. In contrast, printers operate in a CMYK color space (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). This means some RGB colors cannot be accurately printed in CMYK.

    If your design features specific colors, it’s important to convert them to CMYK to prevent any significant color shifts in the final print. If you don’t have the software to do this, we can help! We’ll always provide you with a design proof, so you can check for any major color changes before we print.

  • Absolutely, we can help! If you don’t have the software needed to vectorize your artwork, we’re here for you.

    For simple designs like text or basic shapes, we can vectorize them for free! For more complex logos and designs, the process starts at $35, but the final fee may vary based on the complexity and difficulty of the design.

Design Questions

  • We provide design services for flyers, decals, business cards, and more. However, we no longer create logos. If you have an existing logo file that needs to be vectorized, we’re happy to help with that!

  • No we cannot. Copyrighting designs and logos is a legal process that need to go through a trademark/copyrighting process. We only make designs, we cannot copyright them for you.
